Appointment bookings made through The Liver Clinic booking site are paid in advance and at the time of booking using our payment provider, Stripe, using a Credit or Debit card.

The following cancellation policy in respect of online pre-paid bookings will apply:

• Online appointment bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled to an alternative date and time up to 72 hours in advance of the appointment date. In the event of a cancellation, the payment will be refunded minus a 2% administration fee.

• Online appointment bookings may only be rescheduled to an alternative date and time until 72 hours before the appointment date. No refunds can be facilitated for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice.
